We will meet at Beth Chaim to carpool, or you can meet us at Brewer's Apprentice. Typically, 3 weeks later we will bottle the beer. Come with your creative juices flowing as we will have to invent names for our creations, and then labels for the bottles. Yield depends upon the number of participants, but is typically about 18 22oz bottles. For more info, check the flyer. Any questions, contact our beermeister, Steve Per. Fee: $50 members / $60 guests.
