Spring Blood Drive -- March 30, 2014, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Did you know one blood donation can potentially save three lives? When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group. Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood. Please consider signing up for the upcoming Beth Chaim Blood Drive. You must be 17 or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. As a benefit of donating at Beth Chaim, blood donors receive the best spread in town compliments of Men's Club -- where else can you get a bagel and schmear in exchange for a mere pint of blood?
To make an appointment to donate blood, you can register online at Red Cross Blood.org or call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE (1-800-448-3543). Appointments are available every 15 minutes from 8:00am through 1:00pm.
To learn more about blood donation opportunities, visit GiveLife.org or Please Give Blood.org. See the registration directions, or contact Cliff Hochberg at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 275-1126.
The Men's Club of Congregation Beth Chaim thanks you for your consideration.

Yom Hashoah Remembrance -- April 27, 2014, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Men's Club is looking forward to once again promoting remembrance of Yom Hashoah. We are forming a 2013-2014 committee for that purpose. Yom Hashoah will be April 28th in 2014. In the past we have had a yellow memory candle program. This year's committee will be chaired by Barry Cutler. Please e-mail him at Barrydrclean@verizon.net to join this committee. Thank you in advance for your service on this important committee!
